I've shrunk my waist two sizes, gotten much stronger, but that's not the best part.  As your trainer, Ingrid is committed to teaching you the methods behind your workouts.

I've had several trainers in my life, but Ingrid is by far the best -- she's great at motivating you to work harder and build yourself the body that you want (and deserve!). It's hard work, but every session is different and interesting enough to keep you guessing and having fun while you sweat!

I love spinning classes and have been going for over 10 years.  The first time I met Ingrid, she taught a spinning class that had me sweating and forgetting that I was working out because it was so high-energy and fun!  When my best friend told me she was getting married, I knew Ingrid was the gal who would whip us both into shape for her beach-front wedding....and did she ever!  I have no doubt that my best friend and I will be looking at pictures from that day 10, 20, 30 years down the road and still be in awe of how toned our arms were.  Now we follow Ingrid where ever she goes.  She is our fitness and nutritional source.  Whether she is coaching NTC at Georgetown Nike, teaching a spin class on the Pure Ryder in Bethesda, or doing Tabata in the Navy Yard, you will see us there.  There's a reason we are not the only ones who will follow her all over town.  She is knowledgeable, genuine, and will inspire the best out of you as she has done for us!

I consider the 25 plus pounds lost and drop in 3 sizes an added bonus!
